The Happyplüs Program (the “Program”) is the loyalty program offered by the Jollibee Group of Companies (“Jollibee Group”, “we”, “our”, “us”), through its parent and subsidiary companies identified below in WHO THE CONTROLLERS ARE, under the following brands – Jollibee, Chowking, Red Ribbon, Greenwich and Mang Inasal (herein referred to as the “JFC Brands”). We are committed to ensure the privacy of the Personal Information you provide us through your participation in the Program, the use of this Happyplus Website and your registration of the Happyplüs Card. We will process your Personal Information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing rules and regulations, and this Privacy Notice.

Under the Program, “Cardholder” means everyone that may be a member and holder of a Happyplüs Card and its other card formats such as Jollibee Joy Rewards, Greenwich Overload Card, Red Ribbon Rewards, Chowking Chow Card, and Mang Inasal Card. All these cards will be collectively referred as “Happyplüs Card”, “Cards” or “Card”.

You agree that by simply using the Happyplüs Card and through your participation or membership in the Program, you consent to the processing of your Personal Information, and have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Notice.


Upon buying the Happyplüs Card in participating JFC Brands stores, the Happyplüs Cardholder has the option to register his or her Happyplüs Card either (i) through this Happyplüs website, or (2) via SMS.

In registering your Happyplüs Card, we will collect the following Personal Information from you: (i) first and last name; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) Happyplüs Card number; (iv) date of birth; (v) mobile number; (vi) mailing address. You may choose not to provide all the requested Personal Information. If you choose not to, however, you will not be able to maximize the benefits of the Happyplüs Card.


If you provide your Personal Information, you understand and agree that we will use such information for the purposes described below:

  • To implement and maintain the Happyplüs Loyalty Program for the Cardholder’s benefit.
  • To enable us to process your Card registration.
  • To develop other promos and rewards programs that may be of interest to JFC Brands customers.
  • To enable us to communicate with the Cardholders regarding the JFC Brands’ and Happyplüs’ products, services, promos, sales and other direct marketing activities.
  • To understand your needs through market research and analysis.
  • To provide you with a better service; and
  • To improve the JFC Brands and the Happyplüs’ products and services.

We may also share your Personal Information with our service providers, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates and franchisees for purposes of implementing and improving the Program and for their use and processing in accordance with the Program’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.

In the process of communicating with you regarding the Program and JFC Brands’ products and services, we may also invite you to join communities or groups in certain messaging applications or communicate with you via social media applications (collectively, “Applications”). In accepting our invitation to these messaging applications or in communicating with us through social media applications, you should note that we do not have any control over how these Applications use or process your Personal Information. As such, you understand that we will not be responsible for the protection and privacy of your Personal Information which you provide in the course of your use of these Applications to communicate with us. For clarity, such Applications are not governed by this Privacy Notice. You should exercise caution and review the privacy notice applicable to the application in use.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties other than those stated above unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.


We are committed to ensuring that your personal information we collect, and store is secure. To prevent unauthorized access, processing or disclosure of your Personal Information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Personal Information we collect online such as but not limited to data encryption and access restrictions on our databases.

We store your Personal Information in a secured database, but which may be accessed by our service providers, subsidiaries, affiliates and franchisees for purposes of implementing the Program and for providing you better service. We retain your Personal Information as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to for you to benefit from the Program. If there is no activity within two (2) years from the date of expiration of the Happyplus Card, we shall dispose of your Personal Information in accordance with the relevant privacy rules and our internal guidelines.


You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your Personal Information in the following ways:

Any Personal Information you provide to us will be bound by the “What We Do With the Information We Gather” section. If you do not wish to receive any direct information or promotion, you may amend or request to opt out through the contact details provided below.

If you believe that any of your Personal Information, we have is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible in the contact details provided below. We will promptly correct any reported incorrect or incomplete information.
